"We are very poor in sports sciences, we are very poor with regards to teachers. So unless we enhance the sports technology installation in our nation and have sports teaching Institution, any variety of sports, we choose is not going to be good enough," he said.
"Well to set up top systems, what we have made the decision in the Twelfth plan, we will invest Rs 500 crore just to set up a Nationwide Institution of Activities Sciences and teaching center of outstanding.
"We will build up an offset umbrella which will have smaller organizations in different parts of the Country, where we will like personal installation to come. We are already speaking with the personal gamers," he included.
