INDIA: T-Mobile USA declared Thursday that the 5.3-in. New samsung Universe Observe will be available on Aug. 8 for $249.99, after a refund with a two-year service plan.
T-Mobile's edition of the Universe Observe 5.3-in. touchscreen show system will come with Operating system 4.0, Ice Lotion Food.
The AT&T edition of it started delivery in Feb with Operating system 2.3. AT&T started providing an update to Ice Lotion Food recently.
The T-Mobile Observe system also contains the ICS Top quality Package update that contains plug-ins for the Note's S Pen electronic pen abilities, a T-Mobile spokesperson verified via email on Thursday.
