François Hollande Explains €10bn cut in community spending



FRANCE: François Hollande confessed his govt was experiencing a failure in financial development and increasing lack of employment, but was adament he was performing to take care of France's issues during a public appointment on Weekend evening.

He declared swingeing reduces in community investing and improved taxation on huge organizations.
