INDIA: The state-run Gadgets Organization of Indian Ltd (ECIL) on Saturday flagged off a shipment containing aerial system for the Bharti Place in Antarctica.
The equipment has to execute under serious weather circumstances, like subzero heat range below less 40°C and 250 kmph of wind flow speed.
According to the Hyderabad- based public industry business, the set up will be performed by its technicians during the following summer season months in Antarctica, from Dec’12 to Goal, 2013.
