Decline Ajmal Kasab's whim request within 24 time, says Shiv Sena



INDIA, MUMBAI: Chief executive Pranab Mukherjee should "summarily dismiss" Mumbai horror strike convict Mohammed Ajmal Amir Kasab's whim case, Shiv Sena said these days.

"Kasab's whim request should be denied within 24 time," Sena representative Neelam Gorhe informed PTI.

Kasab these days shifted the request, over a couple weeks after the Superior Judge upheld his loss of life phrase in the 26/11 situation.

Asked if Sena was anticipating that the Chief executive should disregard Kasab's request because the celebration had supported him in the Presidential study, Mr Gorhe said, "It is nothing of this type."

On Aug 29, the Superior Judge had verified the loss of life charge granted to the Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) surgical by the test trial and later upheld by the Bombay Great Judge. It had ignored the 25-year-old's request complicated his indictment and loss of life phrase in the 26/11 situation.
