"In order to ensure that we very quickly bring this matter to a quality, we are asking for the public’s help," said Blase.
Gibson added to that attraction on Wednesday mid-day, saying that the people who saw what occurred can help make their town more secure by working with cops.
Police believe at least 100 people joined the celebration where the capturing took place, Gibson said.
