SHIMLA: Eight pilgrims, mostly from Kanpur town of Uttar Pradesh, were murdered and 42 others damaged when the personal bus in which they were visiting combined down a stuff in Himachal Pradesh, cops said on Weekend.
The pilgrims had came back from Amarnath in Jammu and Kashmir, and were on a trip to popular Hindu shrines of this hill condition.
The bus combined into a 250-metre-deep stuff on the borders of Kangra town, 250 km from condition investment Shimla, around 10 p.m. Weekend, cops man Mulk Raj informed IANS on cellphone.
The deceased were six men and two females. The damaged were confessed to Rajendra Prasad Healthcare Higher education and Healthcare center in Tanda, 30 km from the incident identify.
"They were visiting from Chamunda Devi forehead to Jwalaji forehead," he said, including that the cause of the incident was yet to be determined.
Both popular Hindu shrines are situated in Kangra area.
It took time for rescuers and cops to go up down the hill and carry up the systems. Even the hefty bad weather in the area affected the save function, cops authorities said.
