CHINA: China suppliers has promised $20bn (£12.8bn) in credit for African-american over the next three years, in a push for nearer connections and increased business.
President Hu Jintao made the statement at a peak in China with commanders from 50 African-american countries.
He said the loans would support facilities, farming and the growth of little companies.
The China leader also called for better co-operation with African-american countries on worldwide matters.
As third world countries, China suppliers and countries in African-american should work better together in reaction to "the big violence the little, the strong domineering over the poor and the rich oppressing the poor" in worldwide matters, said Mr Hu.
The loan is double China suppliers promised in a previous three-year period last year, since which time China suppliers has been Africa's biggest trading partner.

''We need to market healthy growth of business between China suppliers and African-american,'' he said.
He also promised that China suppliers would pay more interest to ecological protection and social issues in its transactions with there are.
''As for some current problems and new situations in China-Africa co-operation, the China government is definitely dealing with African-american countries to seek effective solutions and measures,'' Mr Wen said.
