Chief executive poll: Selection Commission payment denies Group Sangma's need to re-examine Pranab Mukherjee's nomination

INDIA: The Selection Commission payment these days denied Group Sangma's need to re-examine Pranab Mukherjee's nomination for the Chief executive study. BJP-backed Mr Sangma's election team had objected to the Coming back Official VK Agnihotri recognizing Mr Mukherjee's nomination.

A specialized argument to Mr Mukherjee's nomination created by Group Sangma had been denied by Mr Agnihotri, who had scrutinised and approved Mr Mukherjee's nomination documents on September 3.

Mr Sangma's election broker and BJD participant of Parliament Bhartrihari Mahatab had desired that Mr Mukherjee, the Congress-led UPA's selection for the Chief executive study, be disqualified from the competition as, he stated, he organised an workplace of revenue as Chair of the Native indian Mathematical Institution on the day that he registered his nomination documents last 30 days.

Team Mukherjee had said this is "factually wrong," and Mr Mukherjee had published a duplicate of his resignation mail to the institute old May 20, in an itemized response on the argument created.

The mail was also finalized by the Chief executive of the Kolkata-based institute, MGK Menon with a hand-written note that says "accepted." The BJP had said the duplicate of Mr Mukherjee's resignation mail is a designed one and Mr Mukherjee's trademark on it is not authentic.
