Raj Thackeray's MNS gets go forward for move, Mumbai cops quiet on march



INDIA, MUMBAI: The Mumbai cops on Thursday provided authorization to the Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) to keep a community move at Azad Maidan on Wednesday but were quiet on the nod for a demonstration goal before fulfill by the Raj Thackeray-led celebration which has promised to go forward with its strategy.
"Permission has been provided for the move at Azad Maidan and cops equipment is in position at the location," said Combined Commissioner of Police (Law and Order) Rajneesh Seth while speaking with mediapersons in Mumbai.
However, when requested about authorization for the demonstration goal by the MNS from Girgaum to Azad Maidan, a range of about five km, before community fulfill, he sidestepped the question, merely saying "police are prepared" to deal with any scenario.

Seth said they did not know how many individuals would come for the goal against the Aug 11 assault, but included that sufficient actions had been taken to sustain law and purchase.
The mature cops man said appropriate audience control procedure would be in position and individuals should not have any concerns.
Joint Commissioner of Police (Traffic) Vivek Phansalkar said visitors control would be triggered on the Girgaum-Azad Maidan path in Southern Mumbai.
Meanwhile, MNS chief executive Raj Thackeray said his celebration would go forward with the demonstration goal though the cops had declined authorization for the same. He said the cops had declined the authorization on reasons that the morcha would cause to visitors over-crowding and make law and purchase issue.
The goal has been organized to denounce the rioting at Azad Maidan, where two individuals were murdered and 52 others, such as 44 cops and press individuals, harmed when a demonstration over Assam situations converted aggressive.
