Native indian providers problems seniority details of officers



INDIA, NEW DELHI:  Incorporation of hr of erstwhile Native indian Air providers and Air Indian has lastly started after five years of their merging, with the control coming out with seniority details of about 4,500 authorities.
Seniority details of 4,457 authorities of the non-technical cadre in various divisions have been submitted on the combined carrier's inner website as per the suggestions of Dharmadhikari Panel, mature professional airline authorities said.
The details have the combined seniority of workers of erstwhile IA and erstwhile AI as on Apr 1, 2007.
"The combined seniority details of aviators and specialized engineers are yet to be ready as some details associated with it need to be categorized out," one of the authorities said.
The workers can go through these details and point to flaws within 10 days from the time frame of its book, they said, including that representations obtained after the due date would not be considered.
Since the 2007 merging of Air Indian and Native indian Air providers, there has been a lot of bad blood and hr problems in the combined enterprise, resulting in hits on certain events.
Pilots due allegiance to the Native indian Pilots' Guild (IPG), comprising cottage team of erstwhile Air Indian, had gone on a 58-day hit on the issue of profession development. Their alternatives from erstwhile Native indian Air providers, led by Native indian Commercial Pilots Organization, had also hit work last year on same problems.
Though the top-level control was combined previously itself, integration of the center and lower stage control and workers of Quality I and II was not performed so far.
While now the seniority details of executive-level authorities have been put up, in the next stage the record of other team, such as Quality I and Quality II workers, would be presented, the authorities said.
The common seniority record of aviators, specialized engineers and cottage team would be presented later as their rewards are established by the market and fall beyond the recommendations of the Division of Community Businesses, intended for public industry workers. For this, the nod of the Nation Cupboard is required.
Till time frame, problems with regards to pay, considerations and profession development of these areas has stay uncertain, they said.
