Main central group to check out Assam for recovery efforts


INDIA, DELHI: A central group of authorities will pay a three-day trip to Assam from on Wednesday to assist the state management in the recovery of over 2 lakh individuals residing in comfort camps after latest cultural assault, it was declared on Thursday.
The group of mature central govenment authorities will also evaluate further specifications for the recovery of those residing in the comfort camps, said a house ministry declaration.
The group consists of two combined assistants from the property ministry and one each from the water, health, non-urban growth, food ministries and the Preparing Commission payment.

Of the over 4 lakh individuals uprooted due to cultural situations between tribe Bodos and Arabic discussing Muslims, which exploded in the lower Assam areas of Kokrajhar and Dhubri in delayed September, over 1,70,000 have gone back to their houses.
