Geetika suicide: Kanda reserved under clean charges



INDIA:  Delhi Cops on Wednesday smacked clean expenses against former Haryana reverend Gopal Kanda, who is charged of abetting the destruction of his former worker Geetika Sharma.
"We have invoked place 66 (A) under IT (Information Technology) Act as the charged made details and sent them through digital details," Unique Commissioner Dharmendra Kumar said.
Kumar rejected to release details saying it could slow down research. "We have retrieved pushes, notebooks and appropriate records," he said.

Geetika, 23, a former journey worker of the now defunct MDLR Air carriers possessed by Kanda, had charged him and his worker Aruna Chaddha of unwanted her and pushing her to make destruction.
She passed away on the nights Aug 4-5 at her home in Delhi's Ashok Vihar place. Kanda and Chaddha have declined the accusations.
Kumar decided out mind applying of Kanda, saying the things grabbed from his home and farm house were enough to continue with.
He added: "Had Kanda been caught in one day he would have got help because of deficiency of proof."
Kanda was caught on Weekend after he gave up at a police place. He was sent to police legal care for asking.
