RUSSIA: Three members of a European all-female punk rock band today were in prison for "hooliganism motivated by spiritual hatred" and sentenced to two decades in prison from the time of their initial detention.
"The court considers that such objectives of penalties as recovery of social rights, the defendants' change and the avoidance of similar offenses may only be obtained if they are sentenced to prison time and provide their terms," the judge said, according to the European Interfax news organization.
The test has stimulated dislike all over the globe and attracted the interest from a refrain of European songs celebrities, such as John McCartney, Madonna and Pain.
